$115 per head - Minimum of 8 adults

$140 per head - Minimum of 8 adults

Canapé menu

3 Canapé selections $55 per head - Minimum of 12 people

4 Canapé selections $65 per head - Minimum of 12 people

5 Canapé selections $75 per head - Minimum of 12 people

Payment Terms

A 20% deposit is required to secure the date of your event.

This amount is non-refundable should you decide to cancel your booking, or change the date within 7 days of your event.

The remaining amount must be paid before the day of your event.

The final number of attendance will need to be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.

Travel fee applies for distances >50km from Braybrook VIC 3019.

 

Kitchen preparation

Each customer will have to have their own oven, cleared kitchen bench space, and an empty section of the fridge. Eddie will be in contact with the client on specifications on what will be required for the night.

Dietary requirements

As the booking is being made, each client is to provide any dietaries or allergy requirements. It is essential that this information is provided because if something did happen, and this information was not provided, the company will not take any responsibilities.

Seasonal menus

The chef is basing his menu on seasonal produce. Depending what is available at the market, the chef will consult with the client on what they should be expecting on the menu. The chef will work closely with the client to get the menu right for them.
