My goal in Ma Pasion is to transform simple ingredients to gourmet restaurant quality. The aim is to inspire people to love food, and to teach about my experiences to all who wants to learn. Ma Pasion is all about finding that connection between food and people, bringing everyone together no matter what ethnicity you are from. My focus is on everyday techniques rather than recipes. For instance, I explain to my customers the importance of organising your food plan and to budget, cook, and save.
